Anyone here have a baby that CIO doesn't work?!? I swear it only makes my baby more upset if he does fall asleep it's only 2030 min. This only happens for nap times! Bed time is great. He always sleeps 11 hours straight. Naps SUCK! And I have no energy what so ever after having a baby! Went to the gyno and they did some blood work.. My thyroid levels were abnormal and so was the vitamin d.. I go back next Thursday to discuss what the doctor wants to do! I just want my energy back and to feel like I did before having a baby!

How long does he cry for before he falls asleep?  Don't get him before an hour is up.  So if he cries ten minutes, sleeps twenty and wakes up, let him cry again for up to 30 minutes.

I go to bed early... He goes to bed at 7:30 and I'm in bed shortly after. I get 89 hours of sleep... I know I'm not going to be full of energy with an 8 month old... My levels are down so that's why my body is off. So the doctor is worried thats why I fe

And I let him cry until he falls asleep.. If he wakes up before an hour is up I leave him in there until its been a full hour... I don't give in and go get him. If he doesn't sleep that full hour, I'll try again later
