Riding toy recs

Baby boy will be one in July and I would like to get him a riding toy.  We have a small house and a small yard so it would have to be something easily maneuverable, can go on carpet or grass, and, can be both pushed and moved by th child.  I realize not all of these are possible, so truly, just any recs you have would be great, thanks.

His cousins have a cozy coupe and it's adorable, but a bit big.

Walmart has one from the movie Cars. But it cannot be pushed. They had other ones with long handles, so I would just get out Walmart.
