Right now lights out is 7pm.  We will be moving that to 7:30 come summer.  My girls are 5 and 6 1/2 years and they wake up at 6:15 for school as they go to before care.  They will still go the program over the summer but at this point, they

9 that is the time I remember going to bed as a kid.  So when I had DD that is what I used as a reference & it has remained.

8pm on a school night.

On the weekends its a little later, I let them watch a movie before going to bed.
