Surrogacy Questions

DH and I have been ttc since 2009 (OMG 4 years now) We got pregnant in October 2012 for the 1st time and mc at 5w3d then got pregnant in January 2013 and mc in February at 7w2d. They did the panel of blood work and the only thing off is my ANA, so they have referred me to a Rheumatologist... If I have an autoimmune issue causing the mc and no baby then I think our next step will be surrogacy. Therefore, my reason to ask the following and please as much info as you can give is awesome! First, I live in Texas and I think I would prefer if it's someone I knew. Is that possible and/or a good idea - if all paperwork is signed and completed through a lawyer? Second, would it even be a good idea to use my eggs? If I have problems, would it affect the pregnancy of the surrogate? Is it harder for the surrogate to carry another woman's baby egg and sperm if none of them have her own genetic makeup in it? I just really feel lost and overwhelmed but need to know what possibly lies ahead so I can have a clear decision. Thanks for anyone who responds!

    Hi, I am from Texas and I have an autoimmune disease (2 actually) and I am using my sister as my surrogate.  I have had scleroderma and Myositis for almost 10 years and have been on medication the whole time.  My eggs are not effected at all
