Traveling with Cloth...

We are just going to my parents for the weekend with our newest son and I feel like I need another suitcase just for his CD. lol
I am not about to buy disposables since we are going to my moms, I can do laundry there, but gosh they take up a lot of space. :-) 

I have 'sposies for our 20 month old because I don't want to deal with his poo on the road, but i don't have to worry about that with new baby.

Any traveling tips? How do you all keep CD compact as possible? What do you pack them in?

i just pack them in a laundry basket and throw the pail liner in there too. Then I throw whatever else will fit in the laundry basket into that too and put the whole thing in the trunk.

I have a tote bag that i fill with prefolds and covers with my hanging wet bag folded up on top.prefolds take up so much less space...in my experience anyways..

We pack a bag just for diapers. Put dipes, wipes, and wet bags in it. Sometimes we use her regular diaper bag, sometimes we use a small duffel bag.

Eta: don't forget detergent!

When we traveled with DS & DD when he was 3m here's what we did:

1) Packed some diapers in each suitcase. That way if a suitcase got lost, we still had diapers.

2) Brought several large wetbags to use for dirties.

I pre-stuffed all our pockets and put them in a duffle bag.  Then it was super easy to grab a diaper whenever we needed it.  We did take some prefolds and covers for "extras"  Overall it was pretty easy.  We just took the wetbags and p
