Eczema help!

My LO has a decent sized patch on his cheek that looks chapped/dry.  I went too long without treating it which is probably why it looks chapped.  The last couple of days I've been experimenting with coconut oil, Aquaphor for Baby and Aveeno Baby Eczema Cream.  Nothing seems to help clear it up.  However I haven't been using those consecutively as I've been mixing it up between the three.  For those mommies who have LO's with eczema, what has worked for you?

If you just need a little "boost" to get over the hump since you "went too long without treating it", you can do a minimal amount of 1% hydrocortisone even on the face... that said, you should apply it on another patch elsewhere and use whats left on your
