low milk supply

Is anyone else having this problem??? any advice????

 The other day I was pumping up to 5 oz at a time.....now I am getting 3oz at the most. I feel I am not providing enough for my LO.

How many times a day do you pump? Because, really, if LO is nursing well and then you're pumping on top of that, then you have a really healthy supply because you are meeting LOs needs with milk leftover. I wouldn't worry at all.

I think I read on kellymom that .5 to 2oz is average per session. So you're doing good! But you could use it as an excuse to eat more lactation cookies. That's how I justify it.

Try Lactation cookies! I've been making these for a few years now. I used them with my first, and i had no problem keeping up.. I pump all day long and nurse at night. When i eat these, my milk supply will increase a few oz per side per pump.. they are awesome!!!
