Need help

I just found out yesterday at the u/s were having twins which came as a complete shock. This is my first pregnancy and no on else in either of our families have twins, besides this board does anyone know of any good websites or books to give me some knowledge about what's to come.

    I found whattoexpect.com had some decent information. A lot of what I have learned has been from this board. Despite what drama happens on other boards here, the Multiples group is by far the best IMO. Great advice, great support, and just downright aweso

    Definitely read Dr. Barbara Luke's book - but don't panic when you see her diet recommendations, it sounds very overwhelming at first, but it is a very good place to start and a goal to shoot for. I think of it as the bible of multiple pregnancies.

    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)
