New mommies? Elgin Area

My baby is almost 2 weeks old, just curious if there's any other new mommies in the Elgin/Algonquin/St Charles area? I've only moved to Chicagoland about a year ago so I still don't know many ppl.

Looking for some moms in the area hopefully it will get warm and we can do some stroller walks etc. anyone?
