I need some party planning help on the cheap!

I am helping throw a baby shower and it is a couples bbq. So far on the menu we have mini sliders and cupcakes. Any ideas for sides?

Theme is pink and grey with a few touches of elephants. We are basing it off of her nursery decor which is pink, grey, polka dots and chevron. 

Shower is in 4 weeks so spring. It will be at my SIL's fancy new home.

Yes, I have help with the food cost but I still want to keep it budget friendly.
