I have all of Jillian Michael's DVDs. They are challenging and you definitely work up a sweat - I love her no-nonsense approach. I wouldn't recommend them while you are pregnant; I don't even see how most of her moves would be feasible while pregnant!

I haven't tried any of those, but I do have Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown and Six Pack Abs and really like both! (I used to have 30DS and from what I remember, that wasn't too bad either.)
