Hi everyone! Was just wondering if you could give me some suggestions on core work-outs ? I was into Met Con and Kickboxing but was told I needed to slow down on those workouts. I know that just the normal sit-up isn't exactly going to do much right now so I just wanted to see what worked for everyone else. Thanks!
Planks. Regular planks, side planks, and bridges. They should help keep your core strong without doing any damage.

Google befitmom, her web site has some exercises you can do during pg and she has a DVD for postpartum that I'm going to try just as soon as I get this baby out.
