OK so I drink my water (not enough as I am not a thirsty bird but I know I need more and the problem is I hate water unless I am at the gym and well totally not at the gym now lol)....so without crystal light or mio I am at a complete halt. A friend suggested lemonade but this brings me to what kind?
Bottled by the juice section? Powder mix? How do I see the caffeine amounts as we all know lemonade has some sweetness to it. I need to figure out something because between the nausea and not wanting to cook I need to up my water intake somehow. I know brands like Tropicana and what not do the lemonade and there are also those frozen concentrates...sending DH to store after work but wondering if anyone can help figure out the best way to go about this so me and the baby get enough fluids.
ETA: One main reason I can't get a lot of water down is acid reflux if I try too hard I just hack up bile and liquid....flavor keeps it down for some insane reason.

I think Chrystal light may have artificial flavoring/ sweeteners and some people prefer to limit their intake of those.
I haven't looked at the labels but I love Simply Lemonade. They have the raspberry and the plain.

I usually mix fruit juice with seltzer water or club soda. I do a 50/50 mix or less juice depending on how I feel.

Most of the mixes, powders, concentrates, etc are crap. Loaded with HFCS and preservatives and chemical flavorings.
Try Simply Lemonade. No caffeine or artificial stuff and tastes great.
Why don't you just make your own lemonade? It isn't hard and if you make it yourself, you can control the sweetness and have complete confidence in what is (and isn't) in it.
