Teething help!

My almost 7 month old got his 2 bottom teeth 2 weeks ago and we hardly noticed anything different with him. However he must be getting more teeth because he seems in pain sometimes. We tried frozen washcloths, teething toys, frozen food in a mesh feeder, massaging his gums with my fingers and Hyland's tablets. I just bought the Hyland's gel and Boiron Camilia and plan to try that today if he's still in pain. We also gave a little Tylenol last night because he seemed so irritable. Can anyone recommend what's working for you? Thanks so much.
