What I was really really hoping wouldn't happen happened. My water broke before contractions began and I'm GBS positive. I went in to the hospital about 2 hours after my water broke to get antibiotics and we decided to start Cervadil because my cervix wasn't very thin. I was also barely a centimeter dilated. HOPEFULLY things will start on their own before the morning because then the Pitocin talk will start.

Good luck and I hope things go smoothly!
Just the opinion of a FTM -- but I've attended a few friends' births, and if I was at a hospital that has a timetable after the bag of waters breaks I would be more open to pitocin induction. Doctors can get really irritable after your water has been b
