I virtually cant. She always wants to grab the spoon and it makes a big mess. I found if I put her favorite cartoon on I can distract her enough that she will open her mouth when I put the spoon up to her face and eat whatever I put in, even stuff she doe
1) Feed her in a highchair, fully strapped in. It doesn't stop her arms or head from moving but at least she can't move side to side or back and forth.
I have a few toys that I keep close by to keep him focused on what's happening in front of him. I also give him an extra spoon, bowl (empty) and a sippy cup with water so that even if he's not eating, he's at least practicing with the types of things he w
I just strap her in the highchair. She knows once she is in there the fun is about to start so she settles down. In a pinch I distract her with her favorite board book. "Touch and Feel Baby Kittens" is magic.
