My DD is 6 months old now (4 months adjusted since I had her early at 32 weeks). She's drooling lots, biting on everthing and seems to be teething. I tried to givie her solids three times now. She spit out avocado and didn't seem interested. I tried rice cereal mixed with my breastmilk twice and she ate some of it. When she got real fussy & didn't want it anymore, I went back to giving her a bottle and she took it immediately. She drank all her milk in her bottle.
She's a preemie. Is she ready for solids? Should I stop and try again another time? Do I give solids according to adjusted age or real age? She sure still loves my breastmilk.
