Word. An intro.

Hi. This is my (re)intro. My DH and I have been trying for 2 years. We were recently pleasantly surprised to find out that my DH's new insurance covers infertility 100%... so we're moving on to IVF early this summer. I actually used to post on TTGP and 3T, but decided to change my username.

Likes: gardening, being a music snob, whiskey, living in the city, Mad Men and our 8 yr old boston terrier.
Dislikes: idiots, lemongrass, traffic, my neighbors to the right and doing the dishes.

TTC w/ pcos since 02/11
09/12 lap/hysteroscopy =removal of mass on bladder, possible blocked tubes
12/12 hysteroscopy=tubes clear. uterine septum removed
01/13 fermara step up + iui=cancelled due to no response
02/13 clomid step up + iui=cancelled due to no response
07/13 gonal-f + trigger + b2b iui = bfn
08/13 bravelle(slow response) switched to menopur + trigger + b2b iui = bfn
10/13 - IVF#1 w/ ICIS. ER= 10/29/13 (21R 10F 6 blasts made it to freeze)
11/25/13 - FET #1, transfer 2=bfn
03/03/14 - FET #2, transfer 2 frosties=BFP! beta#1=22, beta#2=43, beta#3=120. Ectopic Pregnancy 6w5d
07/31/14 - FET #3, transfer our last two.

    Married October 2009. Me 29 H 28.
    After 1 year of infertility, our little miracle was conceived via our 3rd IUI on May 5, 2013.
    Holland Sophia was born Jan 24, 2014.

    Welcome back. Congratulations on the amazing insurance coverage. You are a lucky girl. Good luck with your upcoming IVF!
    TTC #1 since May 2006 - We thought we were done in 2010, but we are back again!
    PCOS (anovulatory and amenorrhea) and hypothyroid.
    Currently taking Metformin 1500 MG and Synthroid.
    Prior HSG and DH SAs were clear.
    Feb 2013 - Switched clinics/RE and starting from the beginning again with some modifications.
    Current status: CD 3 appointment showed lining was too thick (11.5 mm). Endometrial biopsy scheduled for CD 11. Next steps will be based on results.

    Cycle 30: IVF#1 - Starting with Menopur + Follistim + Ganirelix
    17 retrieved, 12 fertilized, 5dt w/ 2 blasts, 5 frosties

    Ultrasound #1 10/6: 1 bean!

    *Me 28 Husband 31

    *TTC since 10/2009

    *10/2010Tried 1 cycle of clomid 50mg with no results

    *12/2010 On break due to needing a new OB and money reasons

    5/5/12 Underwent exploratory surgery and had tubes blown out- no issues found

    5/5/12 DH had SA and numbers look great

    7/2102 50mg dose of clomid with ovulation and timed sex no results

    8/12 Clomid cylce #3- no success

    8/30 Went to see RE and we have decided to move onto IUI attempts

    10/18 IUI#1 BFN and cyst developed so on hold

    11/17 IUI cycle #2 BFN
    IUI #3,4,5,6 =BFN

    First round of IVF- 2 fresh transfered Beta=20, 37 than ended in M/C- Will do frozen transfer in Sept!

    Beta #1-BFP!!! HCG-55 Beta #2--111 Beta #3--2,825 Beta #4 22,031 1st U/S 7-29-13 Saw and heard our little sweet pea's heartbeat!! 109 bpm

    Welcome and I'm sorry you've had to come back. Awesome benefits too - can't deny I'm a little jealous!

    And can I just say YAAY!!!  Another whiskey girl!!!!

    TTC #1 Since 7/2011

    Me: 30, PCOS with anovulation
    DH: 38, Low Morph & DE
    Rx: Metformin 500mg

    Cycle #1: Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel = No Response, Canceled
    Cycle #2: Clomid 150mg + Ovidrel = No Response, Canceled
    Cycle #3: Clomid 150mg + Follistim + Ovidrel = No response, Canceled

    Cycle #4: Femara 7.5mg + Gonal-f + Ovidrel + IUI = BFP!!!!

    BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
    BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks. 
    BFP #3: 8/27/13
    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

    Welcome! I just started a new job as well, and, we are 100% covered too. It makes me feel slightly better that now there is a chance we can have a child! We could not afford to pay out of pocket for treatments.
