I am a first time mom so maybe I am overreacting but I feel like I might lose it. Since about a week before Christmas my daughter (now 14 months old) has had RSV, flu type B, croup, a double ear infection and a mystery virus that caused 8 straight days of fever spikes every 4-6 hours. She has not had more than 3-4 days of being "healthy" in this period of time. Then this weekend she started having a green/yellow mucous coming out of her right eye. Last night I noticed a small fever at 100, and now daycare just called a few minutes ago to send her home with a fever. Is it possible that my child seriously has that bad of luck and/or the worst immune system possible? Almost every time the doctors (she has seen multiple based on availability and the need for emergency or after hour care) tell me its because she is in daycare and its been a bad flu season but with each passing week/new illness my gut just keeps telling me there is something bigger here we are all missing. I don't know what to do! Honestly, I know you all are not doctors so I don't really know what I am looking for. Maybe reassurance that I am not crazy? Or similar experiences? Anything I guess. Thanks in advance!
ETA: When I say more than 3-4 days of being healthy, I mean at one time. She will be sick for 2 weeks, then have 3-4 days of being as close to healthy as it seems she will be. And then she repeats the process. Over and over and over again. My poor daughter!
Re: Desperate (illness related)
I'd have some bloodwork done to see if it's something simple like a vitamin deficiency that's causing it.
TBH though, some kids are just that unlucky. My nephew is like that. He catches everything from daycare, from his cousins, whatever is on t

In that period, he had a couple horrible colds, random fevers, pink eye, multiple ear infections, a sinus infection, roseola, and HFM. I posted something similar last year, worried that there w
My DS2 has struggled a little this year too. DS1 was a much healthier kiddo so that has made this hard for me. I also worry the times when he's not been feeling well have left hims struggling a little to meet milestones, because so many times he's just
My DD has been sick almost constantly since I started her at daycare in August. There have been a few weeks here and there where she wasn't, but not very many. She seems to get everything that comes around as well. She pretty much has a constant runny
