Ear piercing WITHOUT guns?

Im not looking for a debate on whether or not it's right to pierce a baby's ears....
We would really love to get our daughters ears done, but only if it can be done with a needle rather than a gun so, no claires, piercing pagoda, etc.

Does anyone know of a pediatric office or reputable piercing/tattoo shop in Phoenix that will pierce a 6 month old ears with a needle or if is even possible? If not, I think we will just wait...

Im right there with you on the cleanliness issue. I dont pierce my kids ears until they choose it, but i would still like to find a hygienic, reputable place that will pierce ear lobes for a minor.
