SA results- a little help please :(

I was truly convinced he would be fine since I was already messed up. Apparently not. :o( The nurse said they motility was lower than they'd like to see, 21% instead of 50%. He has to redo the SA with an IUI prep wash ? He's not going to be excited about that. I notice some of the other numbers seem low too but they didn't comment on them (ie volume? He said it was not exciting to do this and very little came out. lol). Please share any understanding you may have of these results, since I'm new to the game. Thanks!

*Male Factor (low count and low motility), High Prolactin, and Polycystic Ovaries (March 2013)
*Recurrent Miscarriage testing also revealed high anti-phospholipids & single MTHFR mutation. (Feb 2014) 

*IVF (07/2013): BFP-Natural Miscarriage @ 5 weeks* <3 Madison Riley <3
*FET #1 (10/2013): BFN
*FET #2 (12/2013)- BFP-Missed Miscarriage at 8 weeks <3 Kyle Andrew <3
*Chromosomes and Karotyping tests were both normal.We lost a healthy baby boy :(
*FET #3 (04/2014) was cancelled after finding Chronic Endometritis
*Miraculous BFP July 2014!! (I was taking baby aspirin and Cabergoline to stay regulated while "taking a break from TTC" and waiting to consult with a reproductive immunologist!!!) 

Our healthy baby girl was born 03/10/15 thanks to daily Lovenox injections and baby aspirin. There are no words for how grateful I am for our rainbow baby. <3

    I would try not to worry yet. I know, easier said than done. There is so much that they can do tohelp his swimmers and I'm pretty sure that numbers change based on how long they abstain. Good luck!

    ET  (1-14-14) - 1 Grade A 8 cell = BFN
    FET (2-18-14)  1 grade A 12 cell and one early morula!

    BETA #2  (3-5-14) = 4,553 u/s showed one small g sac
    U/S #2      (3-17-14) Shows two little beans with heartbeats!!! TWINS!! 
                                       Heartbeats were 119 & 120 beans measured (6 weeks 1 day) (6 weeks 2 days)
    found out at 20 weeks that baby B went to heaven

    Regarding the volume, it is pretty common that at his first SA he would have a low volume. Its a weird thing for a guy to have to do an SA so that first one is just difficult. My dh also had only 1.5 volume the first time. Fast forward to about 4 SA's

    My dr said that numbers can change quite a bit from test to test, so the motility may be able to improve.  Hopefully your post wash numbers will be okay!

    MH's motility started out super low, but after 3 months of supplements, it improved a lot.  FWIW his first sample was around that volume as well.  Good luck with the repeat!

    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!
