I am hourly and work 8.5 hour days. .5 hours is lunch, 8 hours is work.

Out in AZ, and since it is so freaking hot most of the time people always work early hours.  Plus if you do anything nationally it make more sense to be in the office early to talk the east coaster.  My company is 7 - 3:30

I work in a union retail store and have a non-union position in the pharmacy. We don't take breaks or lunches. We will eat while running scripts and dart out to grab a drink or use the bathroom when there is a moment. So I work 40 hours with no lunch/brea
