My DS was average sized but his shape made him need preemie prefolds and covers. He was swimming in everything else. I'm anticipating this baby will be the same. What do you think I need more of? I CD'd with DS but used disposable wipes. I'll be using cloth this time around. That was 3 years ago so I've forgotten a lot... I have:

- 12 GMD preemie prefolds (I love these for burp cloths!)

- 27 GMD workhorses newborn (up to 10 lbs)

- 7 Fuzzibunz extra small (4-12 lbs)

- 3 Thirsties AIOs size 1 (6-18 lbs)

- 8 Thirsties pockets size 1 (6-18 lbs)

- 2 BumGenius newborns (6-12 lbs) 

- 4 Itti Bitti AI2s small (8-16 lbs)

- 2 Bummis Super Brite covers newborn (4-9 lbs)

- 2 RaR newborn covers (4-12 lbs)

- 2 Litewrap preemie covers (4-8 lbs)

 

OS diapers:

- 7 RaR

- 6 BG 4.0s

- 6 Tiny Tush Elites

 

Accessories:

- 24 Thirsties wipes

- 20 Itti Bitti wipes

- 8 snappis

- 1 Planetwise hanging wetbag (will be buying 1 more of these)

- Heiny wash (for the diaper bag)

You have plenty of wipes.  We have 20 and almost never run out.  I would say you're more than good for a while, but may need more bigger size diapers later on.  My DS grew out of his size 1 Thirsties way before 18lbs, but they may last you
