Hi! I've been lurking on this board for a bit and finally decided to join the party.

DH and I met at a fraternity party in college and have been together for about 6.5 years. We got married in July 2009 and since then we have been trying to sort out school, jobs, finances, etc. We do have one furbaby, a Belgian Malinois we adopted from a local rescue on our first wedding anniversary named Finn. He's quite the spoiled dog and a mama's boy too. 

Currently, I am in my last semester of school before student teaching for my degree in Early Childhood Education. I'm teaching ESOL for lower elementary grades at the moment and love every single second with those kids. DH works as a corporate trainer for a national wireless communications company.

I have been charting BBT and CM via my fertility friend app to prevent pregnancy since August and am very much looking forward to start actively TTC on my next cycle. The only reason we have waited this long was to make sure we would not interfere with finishing my degree. I have been to my doctor for my pre-TTC visit and everything looks good! I know it can take a while, but I am still really excited.

I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you!

Welcome to the board. I'm still a newbie here myself and find this board to be pretty helpful, as well as entertaining. It seems like you are already a few steps ahead of some of us (myself included!!!) by charting. Good for you! I hope that helps you get
