My daughter is almost 20 months, she was 5 weeks premature and was 4.6 lbs. She has been small her whole life and gained weight very slowly. At her 18 months appointment she was just in the 5th percentile for weight so her doctor refered her to a nutritionist to see if there is anything we could do to help her gain weight. The nutritionist said her diet looks good and just keeping an eye on her weight. We've been to see her 3 times and I guess I just feel frustrated because she's not giving me anything to do to help, she keeps saying everything looks good. I am not worried about her weight I think she's just small and taking longer to gain weight.
