Has anyone read Adoption Nation by Adam Pertman?

It was suggested during a workshop at our agency and so I ordered it off amazon. I've been reading it steadily now for two weeks and I'm only on page 95. It reminds me of my school law textbook in the amount of information it has and how slow of a read it is. 

I just thought maybe I could connect with anyone else whose read it. TIA!

    Haven't read that one. Did just finish "The Kid" by Dan Savage. And besides being the usual gay version of Howard Stern, replete with body-hating/woman-hating BS, it was a pretty good read of the emotional rollercoasterness of open adoption up through

    It is in my massive stack of books on my beadside table to read, but have not gotten to it yet.
