Has anyone read this and tried it? I will be 38 when I give birth and am devouring books. I know attachment parenting is sweeping the nation but wondered what moms around my age have tried it. Thanks!
The only "parenting" books I read are The Happiest Baby on the Block (if you haven't already, read this one -- it was a lifesaver the first couple of months) and the Mayo Clinic book, which isn't really an advice book. I also ended up reading the
I am not the parenting book type of mom. I skimmed both Love and Logic and 1 2 3 Magic and love the concepts of both. Any other advice I needed I got from my sisters and friends whom I trust and agree with how they parent.
I swear American women are moving their families to Paris for book deals. I received ads for two new "French parenting through American eyes" ones yesterday, by totally different authors.
