Ticket for driving too slow

Oh word? Wow.

I totally get the irritation with people driving too slow and not merging to the other lane, but this is ridiculous. I hope they drop this!

This is one of  DH's wee known pet peeves, that people drive in the passing lane.  My mom's been pulled over, but not ticketed, for it. It is a ticket-able offense, like tailgating, because it is unsafe.

It wasn't a ticket for going under the speed limit.  It was a ticket for impeding traffic because she was in the passing lane and driving slower than the speed limit.  I hate when people do that, and think she totally deserved the ticket.
