Painful sex

Am I the only one still having lots of pain during sex??
I had 2 really bad tears plus an episiotomy and I can really feel the scarring, even sitting on the ground. It's awful. My doctor says everything is healed fine, but it doesn't feel fine!!
I just feel like crying because it really doesn't feel like it will get better and no one can do anything.

It's still painful for me as we'll....I had an episiotomy and can still feel it too...it's horrible. I haven't wanted to because of it..I think we've only done it 3x since LO was born...I have no sexual urge at all!

This really really scares me. I wanted an unmediated birth but DS was breech so I ended up with a CS. I was devastated. I really want to VBAC next time but the idea of scarring and pain for a long period of time makes me question that.

I didn't have any tearing, not even a 'skid mark' tear, and sex is still painful for me. I told DH my vag has PTSD. Really, I think hormones due to breast feeding have a lot to do with it. Hopefully things will get better over the summer when she won't be

I had a CS, but am still having trouble. Its tight, dry and painful. Dr suggested that it may be low hormone levels and should balance out when period comes back and the body gets back to normal... Still kind of sucks though.
