my lo has a fever of 100.7. she has had it for over two hours now and i gave her infant tylenol when i notived her fever. should i bring her to the er or just see if it goes away by morning. shes been cranky all day but she isnt drooly like she usually is when teething.

Definitely no to the ER.  100.7 is a pretty low fever.  Did it come down at all with Tylenol?  Motrin is a better fever reducer so you might want to have that on hand for fevers.  If you get concerned, first step is to call your pedi a

Its been three hours and is still at 100.7. And i called the office and there isnt a on call person over the weekend i guess cause all i got was to call back during normal business hours or call the emergency room.

I wouldn't go to the ER. Try to get her comfortable and wait it out.
