Lactose intolerance getting worse?

I am almost 21 weeks along and my lactose intolerance has gotten MUCH worse. I cant drink milk or have too much ice-cream, but pizza and raviolis or some whipped cream on my hot cocoa were never a problem... Until now. Coming from an italian family I had to cope with eating cheese which isn't bad because I LOVE CHEESE!! I had a iced frappe at McDonald's with the whipped cream and chocolate on top and got a SERIOUSLY bad reaction... Like worse than the reaction I had eating cereal and milk for the first time... I had pizza the other day and that was ok, but today I had a mozzarella ball and and spending the day in the bathroom... Has anyone else's allergies gotten worse?

    I am lactose intolerant as well and in the last 2 weeks it has become much more severe. I had switched to lactose free milk almost a year ago and can't even have that now. It is kind of killing me slowly that I can't even have lactose free mi
