Hey ladies! My DS is almost 8 months old and was just diagnosed with eczema. He's had other skin issues since birth, all minor, and I was in denial for the longest time that it was getting worse. I hate the idea of my baby being on topical steroids, so I went to a naturopath, who feels that is is probably r/t food sensitivites. So, for the past week I have been dairy and gluten free. I took out eggs, soy, peanuts and citrus starting today, after doing more research on the subject. I'm feeling discouraged about being able to keep it up for several months, and am worried about making sure I get the appropriate nutrition. I am also a pescatarian, but am seriously considering reintroducing chicken and turkey into my diet. It's all so frustrating. Any encouragement or success stories would be so great! Also, any recipes (especially breakfast ideas) would be a great help.
