fever 2 weeks pp

we got home after running errands today and I thought I felt warm but my hands were cold....took my temp and I have 102.4 fever. Should I be immediately concerned? it's only been 1/2 hr. I'm breastfeeding but I have formula on hand. should I be calling my drs office right now?

I'm confused about the formula.  There's no reason to quit bfing if you are sick.  FDo you have nasal congestion?  Breast pain?  Tummy hurt?  If you have no flu/cold type symptoms, then you should probably call.  I've had

Same thing happened to me twice during the first few weeks. I took a hot shower, nursed as much as LO let me and drank TONS of water. Fever went away over night. Hope you start to feel better soon!

If you have not heard back from the doc and your temp has not dropped back below 101.0 you should find an urgent care location you can go in to asap. You might just be sick, but postpartum infections are nothing to bat an eye at - any moderate or high fev
