Our ped. requested a copy of a psych. eval from the school, since one wasn't done before our IEP meeting, for our upcoming appointment with a behavioral psych. We recieved a consent form from the school for DS1's ped to send them his medical records and developmental history along with a note stating for us to sign the consent form and they'll take care of the rest. Is this standard?
