bad momma moment

I went to Walgreens on the corner of my place to get a couple of things. When I when to get the stroller in the trunk, I locked myself out of the car with DD inside. It was snowing and about 30F.

I had to ask people inside to call the police while I stood by the car window. DD cried a few minutes but was ok.

I felt like a moron :(((((

    Aww! Thats not a bad mama moment, thats just bad luck! I have almost done that like 20 times this winter. I closed up the car and could find my keys once, they were under DD butt in the carseat... and only the trunk was open for me to get back inside.&nbs

    I'm sorry that happened to you. You're not a bad momma. I agree with Aliza, it's bad luck and can happen to the best of us. Your LO is fine and that is what matters most. Try not to beat yourself up over it. hugs

    So glad it all worked out!  I think I totally would have been laughing at myself in complete embarrassment.  I'm so grateful my car detects when the keys are not in there and won't let me lock them in, otherwise I would have done this a thous

    Mirena removed 9/13/2018 after 6 years
    BFP 11/11/2018 | MC @ 5.5 weeks on Thanksgiving
    July 2019 - Diagnosed with Secondary Unexplained IF
    August 2019 - 2.5 mg of Letrozole = Never Ovulated so Trigger and IUI were cancelled
    9/30/2019 - IUI #1 (5 mg of Letrozole + Trigger) =  BFP but Betas showed CP @ 4 weeks
    10/28/2019 - IUI #2 (7.5mg of Letrozole + Trigger) = BFN
    11/25/2019 - IUI #3 (7.5mg of Letrozole, Trigger + Crinone after IUI) = BFN
    12/24/2019 - IUI #4 (7.5mg of Letrozole + Crinone after IUI) = BFN
    1/24/2020 - IUI #5 (50mg of Clomid + Trigger + Crinone after IUI) = BFN and an Ovarian Cyst
    3/2/2020 - Taking a break to reset/NTNP
    11/1/2020 - At peace with where things are in life and are no long actively TTC. Whatever happens will happen and it will all be okay. <3

    I did that at target a few weeks ago with DS1.  Thank goodness I always start the car and turn the heat on.  And that DH was home with DS2. I was freezing but everything ended fine.  We paid to put the keyless entry in so it can never happe

    I have a friend who did this and felt exactly the same way! Which also goes to show that it happens to the best of us and you are a great mom!

    I did that this fall. It was so AWFUL! I know how you feel and it really is ok as long as LO is ok. Hang in there and in all honesty it affected you a lot more than her. Hugs
