Anyone been to the Nixo Expo?

The Nixo Expo is coming to Waltham on April 7. Has anyone been to this event before? Being a FTM I've never been to a baby expo before but am wondering if it's worth the ticket price to go. The website is a little vague on what they have there; it seems mostly like vendors with tables marketing stuff plus raffles and samples. From the pictures it seems like all women there; should I bring my spouse or is it more appropriate for a female friend?
