What are you doing instead? My bedding doesn't come with one (we're kinda mixing and matching anyway) and the one I fell in love with is quite expensive. I still use DS's, over 3 years later. So what are you planning on doing if you skipped one? PIPs will be helpful.

We didn't use one with DD, and won't be using one this time either (neither set came with one).
We always had two bins on the middle shelf of the changing table, one held diapers and the other held creams, lotions, etc.

We have a changing pad on top of the dresser, and I just use the top dresser drawer for changing stuff.
For downstairs, we just this changing caddy, and I like it a lot. Keeps all our changing stuff organized and handy.
