Hi moms,
We're moving back to my hometown to be closer to family and I will be starting a new job (yea! no more freelance!) in about 2 months. This new job means that LO will be starting daycare (not my first choice, but this is life).
I never saw daycare in our future, so can you help me think about what I need to look for in a daycare? Questions to ask, what to look for upon a visit, licensure issues.... So much to think about.
My biggest fear is that LO will not be attended to if he's crying or upset, or that he will simply be ignored. I can feel the anxiety building already.
Advice, thoughts, encouragement very welcome!
