Loved the RE!

Ok, I've been digesting everything. So much to take in. My first appt with the RE was two hours long. It went very well. He went over my history, asked me questions, answered all of my questions...he was very thorough. He ran some labs (AMH, PRL, P4, TSH) and did an ultrasound. Good news: my lining was nice and thick and he didn't see any anomolies in the uterus. He could see a few small developing follicles in my right ovary and he said that is encouraging. Bad news: there was a cyst on my left ovary, so he does not think I ovulated this cycle. (BOO!!!!!!) He gave me a very decisive plan of action, which feels great! CD 2 or 3 I will have another ultrasound to check ovary, endometrial thickness and follicular development. Between CD 5-10 I will have a Hysterosalpinography. If all looks good he wants me to use Letrozole, Ovidrel the next cycle to trigger ovulation. He suspects low Progesterone due to my multiple early miscarriages and he plans to put me on Progesterone with the next cycle. He will also put me on low dose aspirin, says he does not think I have clotting issues based on my normal homocysteine level, but with MTHFR if there is a slim chance it may help he would rather I go ahead and take it. He of course ordered the SA for my DH and I think I was more nervous about that than anything else. I did not think my DH was going to be receptive to it AT ALL. I was so scared to even tell him. But he really came through for me today and he said ok. I am so relieved!!!! So now I wait for lab results and do the next round of tests and cross my fingers that maybe my problem is simply low Progesterone because that would be an easy fix!! Could I be so lucky? Pretty please??

FX it's just a progesterone issue!

I have heard before "getting pregnant is the hard part," so I hope this simple fix is all you need!

shecodes- I brought my chart with me and I was glad I did so that I could reference it when he asked me questions, so yes, I would def bring your charts!  I also brought a list of all the vitamins I take.  And I brought a copy of my new patie

Your chart is looking awfully promising, by the way!  Did you notice we started our cycles on the same day?
