Nursing Momma using the sauna?

My baby is just over 3 months old and I am still nursing.  I also just joined a gym that has a sauna.  Are there any reasons I shouldn't use the sauna if I am still breastfeeding??

    i cant think of a reason. just to remember and keep the fluids up.

    Enjoy it! But be prepared for some leakage as you warm up. All the steam & heat doesn't just open up the pores on your face.

    Also, very jealous!

    I have sauna'd my entire life, as I live in Canada and have a sauna at my cottage. I have a sauna in my house which I used up until the day I delivered both my children as well. And we are all fine, it's just in moderation.  When I was pregnant I did
