Recommendation: Empowered to Connect

I had the pleasure of attending the Created for Care retreat last weekend.  The best speaker I heard was Amy Monroe.  Along w/her husband and the work of Dr. Karen Purvis, she has a series called Empowered to Connect.  


In a nutshell, Dr. Purvis did research in the field of adoption and connecting w/children.  And the workshops emphasize making connections with our kids.  
It is a Christian program.  

 She shared "Correcting While Connecting" in a workshop. It was fantastic.
