Dd is 18 months and she's totally fine in her highchair but I would like her to be able to sit with us at the table. When she's in her high chair she's near us but can't fit close to the table. I have one of those seats that clips to the table which we love but it doesn't work on our kitchen table because of the type of table we have. I'm thinking about buying a seat to go on our existing chairs but is it really worth spending the money? If so what kind would you suggest? Where is your toddler sitting during meals?
Re: What can I use instead of high chair?
A booster seat that straps to the regular chair. It has straps to keep him clipped in, and allows him to sit with us during means. Also, really easy to clean and to throw it in the car when we're having dinner at a friend's house. He
This. I got it on sale for less than $20.
