RE and Ultrasound Update from Yesterday

Baby "Hortense" has a beautiful heartbeat. 
I'll see the RE for one more appointment (w/ultrasound) next week some time and then I get released to my midwives.
I've also requested to be switched to something other than PIO for the next few weeks or stop progesterone supplementation altogether. My rear is pretty tired of the PIO shots, so FX for the nurse to tell me my labs from yesterday came back high enough that I can switch.
None of this feels real yet, aside from being pretty terrified, so I'm
hoping I can find my time travel button to get to 12 weeks soon.
Six years of infertility and loss, four IUIs, one IVF and one very awesome little boy born via med-free birth 10.24.13.

Great news!
I was taking progesterone and am on oral progesterone now and I would much rather take them vaginally.
I feel drunk after I take them orally. Not right away, but an hour or two later it hit's me. I am on 200mg

SCORE! P4 is 125 and the RE wanted it over 20 so I get to stop PIO and no vaginal supps either.
I have a SCH, too, and it's caused some spotting, so the idea of doing vaginal progesterone was a little worrisome for the cervical irritation s/e. I

2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
