Training Toothpaste?

Have you tried training tooth paste? I have seen it and am considering it, but still unsure. WWYD? Both babies have 6 teeth each and they love their brushes.

  • Is training toothpaste the same thing as toddler toothpaste?  Like, the kind without fluoride in it, so it's safe to swallow?  That's what we use.  I have no idea how I'm ever going to teach LO to spit out toothpaste when she brushes her

  • I bought some on Monday.  I figured why not try it.  They've always liked us brushing their teeth so I thought it would be good to get them used to toothpaste too.  They make a face when we use it but they don't mind it.

  • Our daughter has 6 teeth (4 on the top and 2 on the bottom) and we use the Gerber Grins and Giggles non-fluoride toothpaste and chunky toothbrush.  Some days she loves it and others she doesn't.  Mostly likes it at night more than in the morning
