Yes, this is a real holiday.  I look forward to it each and every year.  This year, with my parents in town for a week starting today, all excited to spend time with their grandson....don't want to jynx it, but it could happen for me! 

I cannot access Urban Dictionary from work, but that site provides the best definitions and examples of how the phrase is dropped in conversations.

The steak I can do...the BJ not so much.  With her nausea, I would prefer not to have vomit on my crotch.  Kind of a pet peeve of mine.
