Poll: What Do You Think of Maternity Sashes?

We're having our little gender reveal party on Sunday with our parents and a few close friends. Everyone is super excited and I wanted to look a little "nice" for the event (it's very casual though - nothing fancy at all!).

I've seen these maternity sashes all over Pinterest and Etsy and I thought "hey, that's cute - I can make that and wear one to the party". Now I'm having 2nd thoughts.

What do you guys think of the sashes?
I already bought all the stuff so should I make the sash or maybe just make a cute headband instead?

Sash Idea: (pink/blue/white flowers)

Headband Idea: (no feather!! and the flowers wouldn't be satin-y)

FWIW: I plan on wearing a plain 3/4 sleeve white maternity shirt over some jeans with wedges.

Cute if you will have a bump at the time you plan to wear it. If you are not showing yet I would save it for a maternity photo shoot if you are planning on doing one.
