reflux? mspi? normal?

My girls are a month adjusted (3months actual). They cry all the time. The only time they are not crying is when tbey have a boob or a bottle in their mouth (we have been giving them a bedtime.bottle of enfacare, the rest of the time tbey are breastfed) or if they are sleeping. They spit up all the time. All.the time. Then they cry until.the get back.on the boob. Then they spit up six times...then they cry. Repeat. All day. It wearisome.. They are not.consolable unless they are nursing....i have tried not nursing and.it.does.not.work. my gut tells.me.this.is.not.normal. the ped and the neonatologist think.it.is. They.poop infrequently (every4-5 days) but they do.not strain...it is soft curdy green and stinky. The neo.suggested prune.juice.for.constipation, but i.don't think.they are constipated. He also suggested more formula bottles. I disagree. I decided.to forgo.dairy to see.if that .make.a difference, but i just started yesterday, so.it will be a while before.i.know.anything. they are gainjng well though. My thought is.reflux, but nobody wants to.medicate yet. Our quality of.life is very poor. I try to keep them.upright and it doesn't seem to matter. Any thoughts (they are.congested in tbe mornings. Ped said lungs were clear). My husband thinks i shoukd.demand some.medicine to.try. the babies are.seriously never awake and not crying. Never

It sounds like reflux to me. I'd get a second opinion. If they also say no to medication, at least you know you've tried. I'm sorry you're going through this. I know how hard it can be when your lo has reflux. Hugs

I.started off.thinking.it.was.reflux and then.the.poop.thi.g made.me.start thinking mspi....i.don't know why it.took.me.so.long to question.it. i.have mentioned.it.at every ped.visit and he always.brushes it.off. i.am.gping.to.call tomorrown.

Demand meds.  My doctor was like, you probably have reflux, most preemies do, let me know if you want to try meds.  We would go crazy without them.

My dh who.is being driven crazy from.all the crying said he will.call.tomorrow. .think.maybe they'll.listen to.him since they ignore.me.
