I just started a new pilates plan and am trying to do a little strength training during this pregnancy (as I haven't done real 'exercise' since my first was born and I'm not pregnant with my third in three years), but what I am really lacking is a good stretching routine...
As you can imagine, with a one-year-old and an under 2 1/2 year old at home (and I work parttime), I have certain stresses - both physical and mental - that are really weighing me down! I would love to find a good stretching routine to do - either a short one to do every day or a longer one to do a few times a week...
Any recommendations? TIA!
