My mom's best friend, who I am really close to woke up this morning to their barn burnt down to the ground.  We are in Canada, and she has been a huge help over the last two weeks while my parents have been in Mexico.  I have been staying at my parents waiting for passports to arrive for the two we got a permanent guardian order for.  I have been alone with a newborn, a 6 month old and a two year old.  She has been bringing me meals.  I would like to return the favor.  Do you guys have favorite slow cooker meals that don't take much prep time.  I would like to take it to them for lunch tomorrow.
