I am charting, so I know exactly when AF will make her lovely appearance. This was supposed to be Wednesday of last week. I have had cramps and actually stayed home from work Thursday with some nausea but thought it was due to me drinking milk that was questionable. AF did not show by Saturday so I tested first think in the morning, got a BFN with clearblue easy. I had my blood drawn yesterday by my Dr. I am still have slight cramping every now and then but no AF. Anyone ever have BFN even after AF but ended up knocked up?
I am very regular so always get my cycle every 28 days.
Any help greatly appreciated!

I agree with this. If you are a week late you would get a BFP not a bfn. The only way to truly chart is by using BBT and/Or OPk's to know when you ovulate and determining a more accurate chart.

BFN on an HPT plus a BFN with bloodwork truly means not pregnant.
There are other reasons your period could be late. If you go 60 days without a positive, pink dye test (use your first morning urine) or your period then contact your doctor. Good luck.
